Federally Assisted Housing (AHMA Members)
As an Associate Member of AHMA, we at National Credit Reporting are working to assist our members in screening tenants for Affordable Housing. In light of HUD's One Strike Screening and Eviction regulation, we have developed a package that will help you to best meet the requirements established by the Federal Register. AHMA Executives, in Northern California, regard our collection of forms, authorizations, and information as extremely valuable in compliance of this rule.
National Credit Reporting can provide you with the tools necessary to gain the information required. In addition, we have developed an information packet that will provide you with a Summary of HUD's One Strike Rule, recommendations and the forms necessary for compliance. It is our goal to consult with our members and work together to ease the daily demands of property management.
